What is happening at Herth+Buss?
In the R+D department, everything revolves around the issue of "Which part is right for which vehicle?". In order to answer this question for the benefit of our customers, we are constantly working to build up and fine-tune our own, detailed vehicle stock. This is done using the monthly list of new vehicle launches from the Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA) and our own extensive research.

What are the benefits for Herth+Buss customers?
We always aim to make parts identification as easy and clear as possible for our customers. Vehicle manufacturers frequently use the same parts in new models as were used in predecessor models. Therefore, in these cases items already in stock can quickly be linked. A good example is the oil filter J1312010, which fits both a Toyota Corolla produced in 1996 and later Corolla models from 2006 onwards. Thanks to the Block Exemption Regulation of May 2010, this is no longer any problem for customers, as vehicle manufacturers are no longer stipulating the use of contracted workshops to take advantage of warranty entitlements. Parts from the independent aftermarket can now be fitted in independent workshops.
